	IR. LEE SWEE ENG Executive Chairman / Chief Executive Officer Ir. Lee Swee Eng has over 28 years of experience in the oil and gas industry in engineering, manufacturing, construction and commissioning of oil and gas facilities. He was the founder and the Group Managing Director of the Company since inception. YBHG DATO’ AB HALIM BIN MOHYIDDIN, DPMS Senior Independent Non-Executive Director YBhg Dato’ Ab Halim bin Mohyiddin has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry. He was a partner of KPMG prior to his retirement in 2001. YBHG DATUK KAROWNAKARAN @ KARUNAKARAN A/L RAMASAMY Independent Non-Executive Director YBhg Datuk Karownakaran @ Karunakaran A/L Ramasamy has over 36 years of experience in the promotion and coordination of the development of manufacturing and services sector in Malaysia. He was the Director-General of MIDA prior to his retirement in 2008. YBHG DATO' DR KHALID BIN NGAH Independent Non-Executive Director YBhg Dato' Dr Khalid Bin Ngah holds a doctorate PhD degree in Petroleum Geology from the Imperial College, University of London, UK. He was with Petronas since 1975, and has been actively involved in the development of national oil and gas policies leading to the development of PSC contract documents and the determination of oil and gas resource potentials and techniques for enhancement of oil and gas recoveries in Malaysia. He was the General Manager of Exploration and Production Research for PETRONAS prior to his optional retirement in 1997. GAN SIEW LIAT Executive Director Gan Siew Liat has over 20 years of experience in Human Resource and Administration and was one of the founding members of the Company at inception. CHEW FOOK SIN Executive Director Chew Fook Sin has over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing of process equipment for the oil and gas industry and was a member of the Company's management team since inception. NG BOON SU Executive Director Ng Boon Su was a banker for over 25 years prior to joining the Company in 2008 offering his expertise in treasury and OHQ services.
